Jamie is an associate at Davies Howe LLP practicing in the areas of land-use planning, development, and municipal law. Jamie summered with Davies Howe in 2017 and completed his articles with the firm prior to being called to the bar in 2019.
Jamie obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Urban Studies from the University of Toronto. While pursuing his degree, he also worked as a Constituency Assistant for a Toronto City Councillor.
He then obtained his law degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law where he was the recipient of the Max N. Mousseau, Q.C., Memorial Award in Municipal Law and the R. Lawrence DeShield Memorial Award in Municipal Law Studies. He also had a full time placement at the Legal Assistance of Windsor (LAW) clinic and co-founded a club focussed on municipal and planning law issues.
Jamie is a member of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) and the Ontario Bar Association (OBA), where he serves as a member of the Municipal Section Executive.
In his spare time, Jamie enjoys exploring Toronto and developing his skills as an amateur film and television critic.
