Bob’s practice is focused on expropriation, municipal, planning and development law.

He successfully acts as legal counsel for public and private sector clients throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area to resolve infrastructure, land acquisition, land use and land division issues including official plan, zoning, variance, site plan, consent, subdivision and expropriation matters. He appears before the courts and various tribunals, such as the Ontario Municipal Board.

Bob is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, the Advocates’ Society, the Canadian Urban Institute, the Urban Land Institute, Lambda Alpha International and the Ontario Expropriation Association. He has appeared as an instructor/lecturer before professional organizations on various matters, including examination and cross-examination, and dealing with expert witnesses.  Bob is currently a member of the Executive of the Municipal Section of the Ontario Bar Association.
