Maria Jones
Maria is the firm’s in-house Land Use Planner.
Maria received a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson in 1990, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Geography and Sociology in1988 and 1987 from McMaster. Upon graduation Maria was employed as a Planning Caseworker with the Ontario Municipal Board. Prior to joining Davies Howe Partners LLP in 1998, Maria was the in-house planner with a law firm in Mississauga.
Maria is married to John-William Jones, a geographer and resides in Oakville with their son. When not jetting their child about town to his endless activities, Maria can be found pursuing other interests such as puttering about in the garden, reading mindless novels, or frolicking beachside at family cottages in PEI or on Lake Erie.
