Randy Ai
Randy is an associate in the litigation group.
He holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, and graduated summa cum laude from McMaster University with a degree in health sciences.
Randy completed his articles with Davies Howe Partners LLP in 2009/2010. Prior to joining the firm, Randy worked as a summer law student for the Ontario Ministry of Labour in 2008 and Parkdale Community Legal Services in 2007.
Randy has represented clients before Small Claims Court, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal, and the Board of Referees. He has also appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and the Canada Industrial Relations Board.
Randy brings a client-oriented approach to civil litigation and dispute resolution. He believes in working with clients to develop collaborative solutions. His expertise includes business law, labour and employment law (including occupational health & safety and employment standards), and insurance law.
