Andy is a partner who practices land development and municipal law. He was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2016.
Andy’s practice is informed by his prior experience as a senior project manager for a prominent and well-respected land development firm in the GTA. His practice covers a wide range of land use planning and development issues including consents, minor variances, zoning by-law and official plan amendments, draft plans of subdivisions and site plans. Andy regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal, Toronto Local Appeal Body, Conservation Review Board and various municipal councils and committees.
While completing his undergraduate studies, Andy received the prestigious Joseph Lebovic Award for excellence and outstanding commitment to urban and regional planning. He was also hand-selected to be an inaugural member of the yBILD (Young BILDers) committee, an organization that focuses on critical issues affecting young members of the land development industry.
Andy serves his clients in both English and Greek.
